Using the Oakley Eyecon, Morrigan can assume the power of Annie Oakley, a legendary female sharpshooter that toured America showing off her skills towards the end of the 1800s. She was most noted for her ability to shoot a card out of someone's fingers, then shoot it several more times before it hit the dirt. This form allows Morrigan to wield her twin weapons as a pair of pistols instead, allowing her to double up on her sniping prowess. The bullets generated by this form can be programmed to detonate on her command, allowing them to ricochet off objects without damaging them, releasing their charge once they contact the target. She can also charge up an orb using both of her guns, which will act like an attack drone, zooming around firing off its own energy as bullets until it is used up.

By shifting her Eyecon into Finisher position, Morrigan can dispense with her weapons and leap into the air. Her ghostly seal forms into a large gun chamber, and the hammer strikes sparks, firing her Rider Kick at high velocity. If she activates this while also using her weapons, a large charged burst will separate her enemy from their Parka Ghost, then dozens of pinpoint bullets tear them to shreds.

By making Eye Contact between her Driver and the TriGan Caskets in Gun Mode, Morrigan holds both guns aimed at her enemy, as her ghostly seal descends on the barrels. When it appears to reach critical mass, the orb of orange light bursts into shrapnel, firing at the foe like a gatling gun.
