If either of the Hell Heralds utilize the Pocket Cells in their OverSteamGun, it allows them to infect civilians with the Nebula Virus, instantly transforming them into a Nebula Drone. Drones use purely Inorganic energy, which overrides the will of the human being, leaving only instructions from the Heralds or their master. Drones are able to return to their human forms as sleeper agents, but will always be under the sway of their masters unless the Virus is purged from their system. Drones are also armed with their own specialized ViralSteamGuns, which allow them to transform as well as spread the Nebula Virus further.

Exposure to the Pocket Knife Cell transforms the target into a Red Nebula Drone, experts in fighting with the Steam Blade, as well as very creative fighters. This form allows them to fire energy constructs shaped like knives, saws, corkscrews and even toothpicks.
