Really funny, but I dont get it. Is Notacloo suppose to be a pokemon phantomcat made that people think is a neopet?

A Notacloo is a species made up by Phantomcat. She went through some bad times when she was accused of stealing a Neopet by some big company (which was and still is entirely false). So instead, I told her she wasn't a Neopet and made a pokemon joke.

=phantomcat 's original character (the blue one) was accused by Summit Entertainment of being a neopet. For that, she couldn't sell any of her original designs on teeshirts or mugs, ect. So I made this for her.
