Welcome to the Kennel Club, where if you act like dogs you’ll end up in the dog house!
Bet you won’t be catcalling women again.

In the Kennel Club when people misbehavior they are transformed an put in the actual kennels for a while. If they seem cooperative enough they will be allowed to mingle with the other members again and can even perform tricks for treats. If you end up a dog on Friday you won't be on two legs until Monday morning.

I like the idea that there was some patron who kept "earning" stays in the kennel and after a while the bar tender talked to him and he admitted that he was lonely and loved the attention he got as a a dog in the club. So he's heired on as a "performer" for the club.
