The Gedds are an alien race from the Animorphs book series, noteworthy for being the first race infested by the Yeerks. Gedds are a rather backward species, with poor senses and motor control, and who are actually asymmetrical, with one of their front limbs longer than the other, forcing them to walk on three limbs. Nobody knows for sure why they evolved that way.
