Description
The Howlers are an alien race from Animorphs, designed by Crayak to be a force for destruction. They have unique torsos that are connected only by a ball-bearing-like spinal chord and elastic blood vessels, allowing them to spin 360 degrees (which was designed as a way for them to be impossible to knock over during battle). They are called "Howlers" because they are capable of emitting a sound that was designed to attack the nervous system of any sentient being, causing fear and disorientation. However, they are, surprisingly, a race of children, none more than three years old (they do not reproduce, but are created by Crayak in a factory).
