Mach 5 veteran, Speed Racer, must accept an eccentric circuit where wackiness applies with a bunch of oddball racers he wasn't familiar with.(NOTE: The Speed Racer (or Mach GoGoGo) anime series came out 1 year before Hanna-Barbera Wacky Races, so I took the liberty of "anime-tizing" Penelope Pitstop into looking like she appeared on a classic Speed Racer episode)
