Good sketch for a beginner of centaurs! And its even better that you pay good attention to the equine body! Hear too many people hating in drawing horses and complain how a pain it is to draw their bodies. I think its easy in my opinion that and I'm a fan of horses!

Haha! Drawing horses is hard once you start, but i guess you start to get the hang of the anatomy, and things flow better! To be honest, I don't think there's one thing I'd hate to draw, since I love drawing! Yosh!

Heheh, for me I sucked at people just because I was more into drawing horses so I kinda jumped a bit more in to drawing people (ahem more because of anime and a friend I had whom lived in Japan for four years...that helped brainwashed me...gAHH I love her room even if I couldn't read the language! XD)
And thats the attitude to having in drawing! Love it! Be it for hobby or selling or both.
For me Hobby!
Plus I keep thinking that my friend told me to stay in school as to going to college.
She would get a better deal in seeling her drawings at our anime convention then anywhere else..fan art of course...Only thing I don't like about fan art is that its not your work its someone else..though I'm sure upon selling it I'm pretty sure its illegal though..I'm sure your suppose to get permission unless i'm missing some details..*shrugs*
But I'd prefer my own characters and anyone else's because its your personal work and no one elses
So will you continue drawing centaurs???

XD You're so lucky to have a Japanese friend I really want to learn Japanese and go there. Their culture is so interesting!
For me as well, I much prefer drawing original things. I have like some sort of pet peeve when it comes to unoriginal names,characters etc. but only in some cases, y'know? 
I love mythical beasts of all sorts, including mermaids, centaurs, satyrs, and many many more!

Well that was a long time ago, she has pretty much changed! We use to help each other in our stories, making characters and I loved listening to her usual japanese outburst on certain things! Its went out natural as to the way she said I was like "slow it down" so I can hear it clearly *laughs*
She made a lot of hand made comics in which I love and wish I could steal from her
As for the Japanese I only wish they had a horse culutre (they are not very keen or just serious when drawing any animals..and to me horses are their worst!!)
But they are wonderful people, VERY respectful and represent themselves better then here in the US! UGH...-.-
I had another friend from Japan come to my house and we had a ball. (he is terrified of Jurrasic park, Yasuko and held a pillow over her face EVERY time! Haaha! I love it and thats one of my fav movies)
Though in the end...she really didn't enjoy the US so much ...no offnese, but the high school life of kids here and how nasty they and the school was (littering) she told me that she SOO wanted to go back...Horrible impression!
But reality is as it is! They don't have cleaning duty here in our schools like Japan, the kids are dissrespectful rude, shallow and everything else..I honestly think it was too overwhelming..(man I wanted to go with her *teary eyes* (not to say that the Japanese are perfect..they come though, realllly close to it as humantarians but I have only a tiny few things I do not like about them but hell other then that they have my greatest respects!
(I was just damn glad my highschool world was over...)
And yeah for mythical beings! Animals are my natural love so my imagintaion goes from there! *.*
I use to draw sytrs but I'm always a loved for four legged and mainly hooved animals! I love their artistry of their body and locomation! Why I should be a BIG fan of the famous artist Leonardo Divinci whom's love of the horse is like an obsession. Hell a horse trainer calls it like falling in love and yes I DO understand!

Oh god, but some of the people...shallow, whiny, rude, crude and so much more...
Anyways! On a lighter note, the anatomy and shape of many animals are one of my passions! Including the human form! I have a feeling I may have been a cat in my previous life but probably not
I also believe in reincarnation and yeah, the same concept of wanting to or deserving it.
On satyrs, i can never get the legs right! >,< In fact, at the moment, horses legs are proving to be quite the challenge. I guess i just need to understand the structure and way they move better!
I've tried writing and drawing my own comics, but the one that went farthest was a little uneven... It moved to quickly, and the emotions changed at the snap of a finger! So that was a fail! Oh well, I'll try again! I think the problem may be that I never plan these things out ehehe... I just make it up as I draw. It's fun that way

Boring has nothing to do with it, THAT depends on which part of the state in the US you go too.
I'm refering to the people and it can be more then typical teens LOL!
So its why I empathize with the exchange students and plus as for Japan I know how some of their systems work within their schooling ^.^ Really amazing people so its pretty much as I've said and just embarassing to have someone have a bad impression.
I'd say she would have been beter off at a private school..(hell I wouldn't mind myself though..I'd still would love to go with her and experience the student body of the Japanese man!! O.O
AH quadropeds rock! (my spelling can suck!)Sytrs legs are no different, just thicker and double joint. For two leggers they just have a funny backwards look to me, only because they are two legged.
Ah I'm not a goat fan for anything cloven hoofed. More into deer and sheer for that ^.^
I use to make a lot of fun fan art for my friends when in Highschool and made up a more interractive comic with my friends in it! I made one of my old friends whom enjoyed hugs from me and my galfriend,a "ladies man." He had to get all the girls! LOL!
As of now I'm into making novics, which I'm working on. Working on my story's cover. I'm so use to silhoutte covers for a foreground but I'll make this one different.
I also have editing some things about my characters.

The novic sounds like loads of fun! I have this cool character called Lafen (pronounced law-fen or La-fen (they should sound the same)). I'm trying to write and draw her past life. So far I have chapter 1. and the chapters will alternate between comic and literature. The unfortunate thing is that my comics move way too quickly and the dialogue is pretty bad...
To be honest, I think this time I'll just write it out first!
pfft, typical teens. I'm pretty sure I'm not one of em and proud!
But yeah, I'd love to do an exchange n Japan! I've read so much manga and that has been my doorway to their culture pretty much. I just really want to go there for real now! XD
