Hiked an afternoon, on into the dark of night, through a forever-changing Redwood forest.This portion of Redwood forest is quite like a rainforest, in that, its rarely not dripping water, due to the year-round fog that saturates the trees every morning.

This is almost untouched nature. Great to see places like this still exist. Not damaged, or ripped apart by machinery!

you have to pay to park, and US Forest Service will fine you, if you stay longer than you've paid, SO, its maintained for the most part.
You CAN park waaaaaaaaaaaaay up the highway and trek 5 miles on foot to get in, but whyyyyyy???
