(Warning, I give a description for each character that might be considered spoilers.)

(The list is not in favorite order, just the order i thought of each character, also some of these characters were my favorite when i was younger too, maybe i will draw some of them sometime.)

About the characters:
NiGHTs: NiGHTs is a very interesting character, they remind me of peter pan a little bit personality wise. This character is very playful and mischievous, but they are also kind and helpful to those that have issues in the real world that nights help them with throughout the game. They can be either boy or girl depending on the player's character.

(NiGHTs belongs to SEGA/Sonic Team.)

Team Rocket's meowth: Meowth is a smart and somewhat mean character, despite this he had some funny mean moments like where he makes fun of other characters for something, but he does have moments of genuine kindness, well, at least as genuine as meowth can get.

(Meowth belongs to The Pokemon Company.)

Knuckles (Older Knuckles, NOT boom and after): Knuckles is very responsible and was almost always guarding the master emerald, which is very admirable, he can also be very stubborn though and has an anger issue.

(Knuckles belongs to SEGA/Sonic Team.)

Garu: He is a ninja in training and is very serious, he took a "vow of silence" so he doesn't speak and only makes noises mostly, he also shares my bday (atleast in the original show and web animations 12/02)

(Garu belongs to VOOZ Character System.)

Rover: Rover is the kind cat that welcomes you to the world of animal crossing (this is NOT his role in Wild World or New Horizons though), He helps the player of the game by setting the time, choosing a town name, and also kindly giving the player a town map in New leaf.

(Rover belongs to Nintendo.)

Jowee: Jowee is one of the raposas from drawn to life, he is adventurous and also kind, he occasionally makes mistakes though in the first game, he then goes on an adventure with the player's creation (the hero) in the second drawn to life ds game.

(Jowee belongs to 505 games, but originally THQ)

Bender: Bender is a robot from the show Futurama, he causes alot of trouble for himself and his crewmates but he is very funny, however he can be considered carelessly impulsive and mostly just doing what he wants and not think about the consequences of his actions. He does have a few moments where he tries to redeem himself though, which doesn't make him a fully bad robot.

(Bender belongs to Matt Groening/Fox? Disney? Syfy? idk.)

Heisei Mothra: One of my favorite kaijus is Mothra because she is considered the protector of earth in the godzilla movies. Here's a fun fact: Did you know that Mothra had its own tamagotchi? Yea! It's called the Mothra Tamagotchi and you can raise your own kaiju moth, and possibly 2 other types of kaijus. I'm afraid of bugs but i just think Mothra is so cute. She is a very peaceful creature but she still caused some destruction by accident.

Mametchi: Mametchi is my favorite adult form tamagotchi from the toy (idk if he is an adult in the anime, since he goes to school) He is very smart and also is very caring for his friends, he likes making sure things are precise and dislikes it when things aren't perfect.

[WARNING: The game this character comes from can be considered graphic.] Defect Mogeko: Defect mogeko is a tough mogeko but he stays calm, he tries to go into situations prepared and acts as a guide for the main girl character, known as Yonaka. He is against the views of the other mogekos since they act very extreme in their behavior. His main focus was making sure that Yonaka was safe which shows he is kind.
