I keep forgetting to submit this sketch/reference to dA.
And, by the way, Serrin will be at Whirl Island Prison. He was given the uniform shirt and arm-band to further enforce the idea that he is there to help, and hopefully make him less of a target if he's acting as a medic. Also, he has a couple of scars. One on each arm, as a result of his part in Ecruteak.
In Round 4, things will happen, old friends/acquaintances will show up, a Pokemon will evolve, there will blood and people dying, Serrin will be a bag of dicks, and he'll make some irrational decisions.

Psh, of course Elijah doesn't get tired. He's an eternally energetic puppy. Until it is nap time. Then he gets to be even cuter and cuddlier.
