Description
I've been rolling this idea around in my head for months, and I just started figuring out how to put it all together. It's a very long, involved story, but here's the gist of the backdrop:

Humans, specifically female humans, were created as food for alien species which swallow their prey whole. Only enough men were created to breed. Females were genetically designed to derive pleasure from feeding their masters. War and destruction changed all that, though, and the planet was forgotten for eons, as it was assumed destroyed. It is now rediscovered, but humans are now sentient and cannot be used for food... without their consent. Luckily, some women still find the pleasure in being eaten, and technology allows them to regenerate.

The story takes place as a representative of the Galactic Consortium is working with the governments of earth to introduce the idea of them to the public.
