If you judge all art based on whether or not there is a demand for it, you will have a very poor view of it indeed.Β

i guess some people make certain things because they enjoy it? really, expecting everyone to create art or in this case dolls, while operating exclusively with what everyone else likes is a little silly.
You can't blame people for wanting to break out of the box with stuff like this. If i made dolls i'd probably be more than a little worried about disappearing into the crowd of makers who create the regular painfully beautiful/perfect ones.
