Description
Marco and Rialto are Venetian- inspired (and I mean inspired by my trip to the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas!). Their masks are make from apoxie sculpt and attach with magnets.Related content

How the hell did you do those masks?! I mean, apoxie, okay, but all these curls and deatails on the masks!!! They look as if they were made of some kind of metal.
The ponies are cute. I especially like the colours of Rialto (that is, if Rialto is the blue one ).

I agree. Looks like they took awhile to do, that's for sure!
Vasaline on the faces prior to painting to sculpt the masks, and then leaving the masks on while the clay set?
Gorgeous.

Saran wrap, actually. I made a flat piece of apoxie over plastic wrap, and then cut out the eyes and shaped it to the pony's face when it was partly hardened. It was very fiddly and a tad frustrating; I probably won't be doing it again even though I was ultimately happy with the result!
