Well I have a few ideas floating in my head but a lot of it depends on the setting available. For example I'd love to do one in a cave with torches and using a model to do primitive pre-historic art on. In your picture above I'd want to paint on the tools of artists and maybe have the background as a dropcloth/paint pallete. And that's not even getting into using liquid latex to paint on outfits and such.
