All right, the next part of my humanization project, Applejack.

This is so far my most ambitious work yet. More so than my human Twilight Sparkle.

Out of all the humanized ponies, Applejack's been the most consistent. It seems people have a good idea on how a farmer girl looks like. Most have orange shirts, jeans, and of course, her hat. So there wouldn't be anything "revolutionary".

The colors had to be earthy and nothing too bright. Keeping colors close to a red/orange tint. I was worried that the jeans would overbalance the warmer colors. My solution was to give it a "dirtier" color. The skin color was one of my main concerns also. I can't keep the same color as the pony Applejack, but I also can't make her skin too bright either. It has to be balance with the brown color of the hat and the color of her shirt. Having enough contrast to make it easier to differentiate without making it too bright or too dark.

There's a list of the facial expression. From top left to right. Again, try guessing them first:
