Awesome! That's the first word I get into my brain after a nightshift and manages to stumble over this one. 
I've yet only read 11 pages, and am already loving it! There ain't enough Snevilles around (though I AM tempted to create a lj community for them XD ) and Neville is far too starwed for any attention at all .
I'm looking forward to read the rest, which I will do as soon as my pasta (yes. Pasta. At 8:02AM. I'm hungry, there's no bread and that's the only thing I'm not too lazy too cook 
Of what I've read I have to say that you've managed to capture Snapes personality really good, as well as Nevilles.

It's funny, but I'm rarely able to write any less! I mean, if you asked me to sit down and write 25 thousand words, I'd probably choke on my tongue, but to get out all the plot (and smut) it just sort of ended up that long. All three of the fics (and the one I''m working on now) seem to fall to about that length. I must work on self-editing!

*giggle* well...for me it depends though...if it's a school argumentation project like the once I used to write (with titles like 'Stop death in traffic - ban the cars' ) I tends to ramble on and on XD But when it comes to get plot down on anything besides rp...well...I'm a lost case I think XD That or if I'm frustrated enough the muses kind of avoids me XD Especially if I wanna draw or write something XD
Frustrated Nea = angst on loads of ships!
hehe naaah! no selfediting skills are goooood! Way better than my procrastinating, no skills with cellphones etc skills XD (yes I tend to kill cellphones within a day *looks at her brand new Ericsson K800i with a white screen* really...they should hold more than two songs!

So, I wanted to review it officialy.
It is a beautiful work. The whole Story has a wonderful plot and is not just about the two of them in their whole slashyness or so.
And I like how grumpy Severus gets while Neville is in Skivenshire. Oh, Neville, that shy cutie, he is so adorable here.

You really are very good you know - I've read ALOT of fanfic in my time & this ranks high (and I REALLY am not just saying that). Your style is great, nothing jars & you give enough depth, background and character development to a) make me want to keep reading and b) feel like I've read a complete story when it's done! (And you're funny - I loved Snape's innapropriate wand use scene!)
As for the subject matter - oh man, there's a whole 'nother pairing to add to the list of slash couples that I never thought would work but actually do. How the hell did you manage to make Neville hot???? There I was with a perfectly good SS/HG ship going and now it's all shot to hell...you're a terrible influence

the first (and actually only) Sneville I ever read was Nightblooming Heartease. Which is a prequel to Transfigurations (a fantastic HP/DM fic). if you have the time (and hey, you're a student with exams and papers and such, so I'm sure you have nothing better to do!
