Wow...I really appreciate that, Mark...one of my favorites although I wished that I had stopped the lens down a bit more to get a sharper image of the window frame and the broken shards of glass it held onto for years. But that's between you and me

I liked the light and how it brought sections of this world gone by place back to life.

That's one incredible eye you've got there.!!
How are you able to manage doing this and everything else you do as a freelancer (you are a freelancer right?)?
I hope you don't mind the questions...I just love to be curious about everything, especially if it interests me.

Other people relax after work...perhaps watching TV or something...I relax by working on my art projects. I have all the photographs already shot. I hope you don't think I go to that factory each day...take one photo and leave I just need to produce them inn the darkroom...my favorite place currently

following the series from the beginning the feeling is like you're contained inside the factory, with hardship, bad working condition and all and then comes this picture...broken window glass and the vast sea suggesting freedom, or an escape that the workers, i believe, long for.
really like this one Rich...it's like a fresh air!

Thank you dear M. I agree with and like your wonderful interpretation.
I also see it another way. I got the feeling of one being trapped when I took this image. I imagined workers looking out this window 34 years ago and seeing only an industrial landscape...I think they felt within their hearts that there was no escape.

Waw!!!!! Is in front of other installations. Must be an industrial area. All the photo of the series have something sinister, sad but, this one more than the others, though we don't see nothing from the inside is very strong the feeling of abandonment. I like it very much.
