Another Inheritance cycle fanart that I made for my fanfic.This is my version of Eragon Shur'tugal and Arya Drottningu.
I'm happy with it even though I could see a lot of mistakes with my proportions. Legs are waaay too long. It makes the head look small compared to the body. Eragon looks gay, the creases on Arya's clothing looks stupid, and...*sigh* I lot of room for improvement.
I said I'd color this one because I noticed that I have been submitting deviations that are basically sketches + texture. But here I go again...I dunno what's happening to me. I'm toooooo lazy to color anything digitally. Maybe I will color this some other time...perhaps after I get myself a new tablet.

seriously, I thought I was hard on myself in my engineering coursework because I was off by 1 degree or millimeter but seriously, your art is amazing, the only person who doesn't seem to support this statement is yourself and it should stop, you think negatively of yourself, not only your work will suffer, but you'll try to improve it and burn yourself out trying to reinvent the wheel as it were

Don't worry about the legs being too long; they are elves(or in Eragons case something close to an elf) and they are portrayed as being very graceful and a bit unnatural.

Best Arya&Eragon picture yet. Don't color it--it ruins the texture. I figured that out after I tried coloring my portrait of Saphira. Bad idea. >.<
