I wish someone made his Soul Edge intro model. The one where he's with short hair and without scar.

I don't know if it is possible to port over those models in the cinematics.
His SC4 2p costume has relatively short hair.
I made a scar-less Siegfried just for fun but personally I think he has more character with that facial scar (not just a blond pretty boy)
