20 Sep 2017 - touched up weighting for toe/ankle bones, corrected left/right thigh adj bones, and knee adj bones

My Notes:
There are a lot of weighting issues with this model when first imported.
I couldn't quite figure out the proportions at first with this model to be consistent with the game and the other Astaroth models. Because of his smaller head, I tried to keep the shoulders and eyes are points of comparison between other Astaroth models for consistent proportions.
