20 Sep 2017 - Redone from scratch. All weightings (especially arms) should be corrected by now. No longer has SC4 beard

My Notes:
Maroon and Turquoise seem like a good colour for a pirate captain.
Originally Converted to XPS from SFM (didn't originally have facial bones so the SC4 Cervantes head was grafted on instead)
There was a lot of issues again with his hair (because I merged them when porting at first) where random faces of the hair would have the wrong normal faces and I just tried my best to individual select triangles and flip them.
You'll was originally noticeable differences between the upper chest and the lower neck because the head came from SC4 (ported by Love2raid) because the body came from SFM (which have no facial bones).
I just redid it straight from the NMD files and I think the result won't have all the weighting issues I made worse when trying to improve it.
