well i was originaly going to just make it seem like the word sanzo siting in the rain then bu accedint i added the could effect that i got the idea of the ocean, so added a swril effect,then a little bit of tweaking with the other layer the could layer was on the cottom.so i added a lens flare effect.And i dont feel like trying the rest.
