This is not a pocket watch. It is a medallion, I made from some very destroyed elements of pocket watches. I prepared it to show it on Watchmakers conference last autumn, to show what kind of elements I use (elements which are not possible to fix and became a working mechanism). And to show that I really give this destructed parts a second chance as an art, because anyone of watchmakers would throw away so damaged parts.

Sometimes I make some jewelry of not working watches with sentimental value. Every time I go with that kind of watch to the watchmaker first, to check if it is really absolutely broken and nothing can be done.
