This is awesome! That focus baby! I'm sticking with my previous critiques main focus, and that is literally the "focus"!
You keep capturing something special every time you use this focusing technique.Β
I can't make up my mind on what her feelings are here, but I like that, it keeps me looking for more.
Also, great color choices for that pop effect.
Merry Xmas T!

Fantastic. The color it's quite well done. I love the textures you manage with the brushes you used.

Okay, complete non artist here.
The colors are a good match, seems slightly warmer in the original photo, but it still looks really good.
The one issue I am having with this is the slight difference in the eyebrow? that make her look like she is uncomfortable being there.
As usual another amazing piece of work from you.

I love the texture. Looks like a painting on a canvas. I love the hair especially. Makes me wanna whip out my paints.

the light going through the hair is very well rendered.  I also find the light on the lower arm interesting.  It reminds me of a stream of metal particles that a buffer would emit.  (look here for an example: www.surtech-ind.com/images/buf⦠)

Wonderful! How do you actually study colour? And how is it different from studying value?
This image looks very impressive, very clean and neat brush strokes.

well if i want only to study values i will do it black and white
here i tried to study colors with no color picking and values ( often checking how it looks b/w while painting it in color )
and thanks!
