This page and the next are sort of like 'filler' pages. We will go and see what Air is up to with Tyflar at page 15, and the scientists and director of ACRA will most likely not be seen again until issue 3 (yes, ISSUE 3)
Oh er, in case anyone can't tell (I hope I'm not THAT bad...) the what you see of the director is the back of his chair, and the elbows sticking out on the armrests. His actual person will be revealed in the next page, as well as that of the person sitting next to him in the miniature chair. Sorry if the backs of those chairs look like black potato sacks...
