In the deepest corner of the cosmos, an evil alien armada consisting of the galaxies worst villains and monsters seeks total dominion over the universe. In order to combat this threat, a group of extraterrestrials and humans have joined forces to protect the innocent. They are the Supernova Power Rangers, conquerors of evil-doers, guardians of purity and champions of the universe. The primary team is as follows:

Orion Armstrong: Young astronomer from the planet Earth. He's always been amazed by the stars in the skies and wonder if life existed beyond the solar system. His question was answered when an alien ship landed outside his town and his friends went to investigate. He brave and bold spirit along with his great wisdom have grant him the will to wield the power of the stars. He morphs with the stars of Aries and pilots the Aries Ram Zord.

Shannon Callahan: Adventurous go-getter from Earth. She has always had a never-say-never attitude and the will to do what needs be done, no matter what. Her indomitable spirit has granted her the power of the stars. She Morphs with the stars of Aquarius and pilots the Aquarius Robot Zord.

Eric Wellington: Curious junior scientist from Earth. He has always been careful and considerate, looking before leaping and taking a moment to plan out his actions. This wisdom and sensitivity has granted him the power of the stars. He morphs with the stars of Gemini and pilots the Gemini Robot Zord.

Lonato Freesong: Noble spirit from planet Zubreon. Despite his immense size and power, he is gentle and caring, he knows how to heal friends and harm enemies equally. This balance of power and strength of body and spirit have made him an essential member of the team. He morphs with the stars of Taurus and pilots the Taurus Bull Zord.

Ryatharra: Warrior princess from planet Andamia. Despite coming from noble blood, she has always cared for others and helped those in need against her parents wishes. This kind-hearted, rebellious spirit has granted her the will to possess the power of the stars. She morphs with the stars of Virgo and pilots the Virgo Eagle Zord.

Karkan Pyrespear: Champion gladiator from planet Goruta. Since his youth in slavery, he has relied on his will to survive, fighting hard and leading his fellow gladiators to freedom. His warrior skill and spirit granted him the power of the stars, just in time before he was slayed in combat. He morphs with the stars of Leo and pilots the Leo Lion Zord.
