Roho is a rusty-coloured ice box of a world. Tipping the scales at nearly 9 earth masses, it is just under half the mass of Neptune (17 Me). A mean surface temperature of 216 K equates to about the freezing point of propylene glycol, or 'non-toxic' antifreeze. Though not visible in this image, Roho has massive plateaus that rise in excess of 20,000 ft, putting much of the glaciated land above the thin (~23% Earth's) atmosphere. The planet only has one major moon but nearly 20 other minor moons in various orbits.
