She often lets anger get the best of her. If she gets mad, it will cloud her judgement and she will probably make mistakes. On top of this, she has a very short fuse.
She is also practically useless in social interactions. She hits first, and doesn't even bother asking questions later.
She doesn't trust people.
She is also not very smart, and is illiterate.
Having the body and instincts of a grun, people generally don't trust her, and are often scared away by her.
She is missing an arm. She's very good at making up for it, but sometimes when angry, she forgets to cover her left side.

Her claws and teeth combined with her raw strength are weapon enough for her.

Personality:
Tipp, having been exiled from society at the young age of 10, is very antisocial. She doesn't like talking to people, and will often act very oddly around them. She doesn't understand a lot of social conventions, and will do and say things that aren't socially acceptable without knowing it. She has anger problems, and will often be quite rude. But once you get on her good side, chances are she will be a loyal and kind friend, and will protect you and put you before herself. She rarely lets people in, however.
She is disgusted by anything that reminds her of her grun heritage. Unfortunately, that's everything about her. Thanks to this, she often feels a lot of regret after violence or bouts of rage, especially if it was not the fault of whoever she took it out on.
She uses rage to hide her emotions, as she is embarrassed to show her feelings. She doesn't know this, though.

Backstory:
Tipp was exiled from the Grun tribes as a child (around 10 years old) because she was born with only one arm, and the grun saw that as a punishment from their god Taralax. They believed that without both arms, she was a burden and a weakness, and threw her out out. It took them 10 years to find out, because her mother had hidden her from the tribe chieftain. Her mother was then killed for anarchy and enabling and bearing a blasphemous child without informing the chief.
Tipp managed to survive on the local wildlife for years, and grew different to her grun roots. She became used to the solitude, and even revelled in it. Her entire life was a combat ring- she had to fight for food, fight for comfort, fight for a place to sleep and, most importantly, she had to fight for her life. She became strong and independent, and she grew into a strong 20 year old grun. And she hated it. Her very existence reminded her of who she was, and where she came from. But she had left that behind.
One day, she was hunting in a forest in North Anderia, when she found a child in the woods. It was a young lop, around 6 years old. She was going to kill and eat it, until her moral code, stiff and unused for years, decided to awaken in her. She picked up the fluffy lopling, and went to find it's parents.
That young lop was Shingle.
His (terrified) parents were so grateful, that they offered to look after Tipp. Tipp, who was horrified by the thought of prolonged exposure to people of any kind, declined.
They struck a deal, however. In exchange for protection, Shingle's parents offered Tipp food and companionship.
Tipp happily accepted.
They were friends for many years, and currently, Tipp is 26. She still shies away from interaction, but is comfortable around the Wells family.
Today, Tipp's main goal is to get as far away from her grun roots as possible, and become an accepted member of society. This is difficult for her, for obvious reasons.

How did she join the team?
When Shingle offered to take her on a journey around Asteros, she gladly accepted. She did, after all, promise to look after him.
Plus, he was her only friend. Whether she admits it or not, she's rather fond of that little blue fuzzball.
And besides, if she left that little dork alone for five minutes, he would probably get himself killed, and their was no way she could allow that.

MIASMA: (epic power) You can generate small fields of super potent healing energies so powerful that anyone who enters them will be instantly healed. It can also put out fires, stop bleeding, cure diseases and shield incoming attacks like arrows and spells.

Weakness:
She's a massive troublemaker, and often goes one step too far in pranks.
She's a tease and loves making people feel uncomfortable, however doesn't intend on following through with her flirtations. This can get her in trouble sometimes, however Tipp is usually there to bail her out.
She's sadistic and enjoys other's pain. Making people uncomfortable is one of her favourite things to do. Strange how people don't like that, huh?

ASSASSINS DAGGER: An easy to conceal blade that she uses to surprise enemies, get out of tight situations and cut fruit occasionally (after a good wash, of course).

Pox is a no good trouble making trickster. She feeds off other's discomfort, and loves embarrassing people (especially her little brother and grun sister). She loves pushing people to their limits, and sometimes pushes them too far. Her devious flirtation can get her into trouble sometimes. She's rather determined, which is bad news for those who know her. She spends her time thinking up new pranks, figuring out people's weaknesses and dancing. Underneath these layers of cheekiness, however, is a sentimental lop that doesn't like any true pain to come to the ones she loves. Others, however, are another story.
When not carrying out devious plots, Pox loves to dance. Like all lops, she has an excellent sense of rhythm and timing. She's agile and quite fast thanks to this; all the better for her quick escapes after inciting the wrath of a certain grun.
She usually has a good moral compass when it comes to how much pain to inflict on others, however there are exceptions to this. She can and will purposefully not heal someone out of spite. Even if they desperately need healing. She's also very petty, as in she holds grudges over small things and will seek revenge when you least expect it. Her patience is other's downfall. Think she forgot about that one thing you said years ago? Well, now you can't get a scraped knee or sprained wrist healed. Sorry not sorry, sweetie.

Pox couldn't let this sentimental junk continue, and so strove to fix Tipp's arm problem. She studied determinedly for years until she gained the ability to heal. Unfortunately, Pox wasn't able to heal Tipp's arm, as she was born with it instead of losing it in battle. Pox never gave up, though. She continued learning the art of healing, determined to regrow the arm that Tipp never had.
She doesn't heal people out of the good of her own heart-- she heals people for emotional blackmail. She found out that when people feel like they owe you something, it makes them uncomfortable just to be around you. Blackmail is Pox's favourite thing in the universe.
(her favourite way of extorting information out of people is keeping them fully conscious through Tipp's beatings, not letting them die or black out, just healing them enough so that they feel every minute of it. Not many people can last through that without blabbing. They don't do this often, however, as Tipp finds it inhumane. (just take that in for a minute-- Tipp thinks Pox is 'inhumane'. That's messed up))

How did she join the team?
Pox is Shingle's older sister. Occasionally when they were younger she tagged along on his travels, dancing while he sang so that they could more money. After a close scrape, she decided that it wasn't safe to let him out on his own. Tipp was more than enough to look after him, however she didn't have the ability to heal like Pox did. And besides, Pox was getting horribly bored cooped up in their house all the time, working three jobs. So she took the first excuse she could and joined them on their adventures around Asteros.
