As stated above, this is a request from YangIsCool.Well, looks like Rainbow Dash is up to another prank. A very... odd one. She's kidnapped Rarity and intends to hypnotize her to make her more like our favourite multicolour-maned daredevil. As for why Rarity is gagged... that was because of Rarity's annoying 'trance-talk'.
Rainbow: "Are you feeling sleepy?"
Rarity: "Just a little bit, darling..."
Rainbow: "Just say yes or no, Rarity."
Rarity: "Yes or no, Rarity..."
Rainbow: "No, just say one or the other!"
Rarity: "One or the other."
Rainbow: "Okay, now you're just doing that on purpose... well!? Say something!"
Rarity: "Someth-mmph!"
Rainbow: "Problem solved."
