Description
The kit's wounds have been treated as best as Featherwhisker can manage. Outside, he can hear the muffled sounds of Bluefur, Thistleclaw, and Sunstar arguing. He hasn't had time to weigh in on the conversation, though he can certainly guess what it's about. Goosefeather left to nap in the elders den hours ago, so he is left to put away his herbs and tidy up by himself. Finally, he has nothing left to distract him, and goes to speak to his leader before the whole mess can get further out of paw.

Hours later, the sun slowly sets over camp. The air cools with the coming darkness, and the soft noises of camp life quiet as cats settle in to sleep. And as the moon rises, Goosefeather pads back to the medicine den.

He pauses over the small form of the inured kit, starring blankly into the dark. Slowly, his fur bristles, spiking at a vision only he can see. Softly, he murmurs something to himself.

"This one will spread the blight"

This is probably not going to be the standard going forward. I'm going to be sticking mostly to the illustrations, rather than animating things or using comic panels. But if I have a section of the storry I don't feel can be told another way, I'll mix things up a bit!
