Personally I dislike Pinsir's design. It's CC: Creepy and Crappy. While Scyther is badass this is just.. ugh... Weird dildo-poop
The proof that not all original 151 are the best. No offense all Pinsir fans. I just don't like that pokemon.Now, only Onix left...

I consider Muk and Electrode as proof that not all 151 are good, not Pinsir. Pinsir's design is rather original.

I know how you feel; I was considering attempting a Pinsir evolution myself, as it doesn't seem fair that only Scyther evolves. But...I just had no idea what to DO with a Pinsir.
I like the shift of the horns(?); kinda reminds me of the warrior bugs from Starship Troopers, and it's a definite improvement over the original bug. : P

Pinsir will always live in Scyther's shadow, but I don't think his design is too awful (I'll agree it's somewhat creepy, but then, it is a Bug). The real creeps though are Jynx and Mr. Mime. I just can't stand that two of the original 151 are so humanoid in appearance. I do not like them even a little, although your Mr. Mime evolution isn't bad (actually I'm kind of curious to see what you could do with Jynx, now that I think about it
