i mean
all the romantic shit
they sell you in the movies,
like song writing
and picnic dates
and crappy teenage poetry,
can be nice and all
but
when it's 5AM
and you look
like an overgrown child,
red faced
from crying,
love looks a lot
like comfort
and not a lot
like cliches

The funny thing is, I try to plan out saying cliches on purpose, of which I'm sure people are bored to death of hearing, but then I somehow find a way to fumble it by either losing my track of thought mid-sentence or getting my tongue twisted.

Planned thoughts never work out well for me, haha.
I don't have much against spoken cliches. It's more the "cliched romance" or "cliched relationship".
Every cliche I've ever chased has ended up horribly for me.
