We took a few photos before our Kuroshitsuji video filming today ^_^ it's nice to get an updated photo of Sebastian! I cosplayed him way back when and although I've since improved the wig and what not I haven't gotten any photos to reflect that. Still need to make the coat one of these days XDThe skit we filmed will be up in the next week or two here: [link] ;D

I know that you don't have the contacts and the eyeliner. But let me say this. Your wig is spot on.
I've seen so many Sebastians that have always got the wig wrong, and it bothers me. You got every single detail of his hair absolutely perfect. In my opinion, wigs come first before facial features. You are seriously one of the best wig stylers I've seen. Keep up the awesome work man <3

I think he needed dark eyes, as Sebastian's eyes are red, and not to be smiling quite so airily maybe more of a coy or impish feel.. otherwise it's a very well done cosplay.

This is a nice start, but this doesn't exactly scream "Sebastian" or "demon butler" to me. If you're looking to continue Sebastian in the future, I definitely recommend the use of eyeliner and red contacts to get the true "demon" feel. Sebastian's eyes are very crucial to portraying the character. Also something as simple as darkening your eyebrows to match the wig will help the look a lot.

Thank you for the constructive critique! I will definitly be doing the eyebrows next time. Unfortunately this shoot was done a fair distance from our house and we applied our makeup on site. I realized there that my dark makeup pencil had snapped and was not useable, so I had to go without darkened brows.
Generally I am not very good or comfortable with makeup so it is something that I am working on
As for the contacts, I try not to wear them because they give me very severe headaches. I'd rather be happy in cosplay than have my head pounding and my eyes watering uncontrollably so I'm not sure what I will do about eye colour in the future for this character, but we shall see.

You're very welcome! Like I said, you've got a great start here: make it even better!
I understand about the make-up: cosplay was really the thing that finally got me into it. It takes some time to get used to it, and it can be confusing/frustrating, but once you do get it, it's the icing on the cosplay cake.
Again, I definitely understand you here: I have trouble with contacts myself. 
If you truly can't do contacts, even just going with eyeliner will help! Make note of Sebastian's eye shape and practice! It's the little things that make a world of difference in this hobby.

NIce cosplay, but you still need red lenses and maybe make the wig a bit shorter to make it look more like the character.
