"And what it all comes down to
Is that I haven't got it all figured out just yet
'cause I've got one hand in my pocket
And the other one is giving the peace sign
I'm free but I'm focused
I'm green but I'm wise
I'm hard but I'm friendly baby
I'm sad but I'm laughing
I'm brave but I'm chickenshit
I'm sick but I'm pretty baby"
-Alanis Morissette; One Hand In My Pocket.

Edit: I like this better because I was so sloppy with the blurriness . It was kinda bugging me... it looked like I had a grassy butt and stuff
. It's all fixed now
.
Edit: I'm still unhappy with this... I shall fix this tomorrow.

Only thing I find weird is how it seems like it's just hair coming down from the darkness.
Would've looked more human if there was a tad bit of a chin in there.
However, just because I find something "weird" doesn't mean I find something "bad." I like it and think it adds mystery.

I found that weird too . I had my head at a weird angle though so I was like, "OFF WITH MY HEAD!!"

Nice! I guessed from the thumb what the title would be. I like the vibrant, happy, and almost nostalgic colors. They really capture the feeling of the song.

Ah yes, I could have. But the face I was making wasn't the best, and my mother would slaughter me if she found out I put my face on the internet .
I have another picture with half my face and half my boyfriend's face X).

I can see what you mean about the blurriness. I do really like that you have taken the photo with the face cropped out, provokes almost a sense of mystery.
I would like to mention a few things about the blurriness. In the background it looks good, because it is showing what is called a 'small depth of field', where the subject is most in focus. This is an ideal technique in portrait photography. However because you have blurred the grass infront of the girl and also on her arms, etc... this doesn't look realistic, and does tend to give off the impression it was touched up.

I really appreciate your feedback! . So do you think I should blur the grass in sort of a cone shapeish in front of me? Sort of like this /---------------\?
I wasn't sure if I should sharpen it or not when I first did it .
Thank you so much! I have something to work on later today now .

I think there should be no blurring infront of yourself, if you want the image to look realistic Blurring the background is fine, as it shows depth of field & brings the subject into focus.
