Oh boy. This is a stunning commission from ! I described exactly what I wanted, and Socks brought it to life exactly as I had envisioned it. O.O

So the idea behind this, is that Lu is watching the 'life force' leaving a withered plant. If you're not familiar with the lore from Final Fantasy VII, in a nutshell, the idea is that every living thing has a 'life force' (sorta like 'energy' or a 'soul' in a very wide comparison), and when one thing dies, its life force returns to the planet, and is then used to give life to some other life form. I've always really loved that idea.

So this piece means a lot to me. Thanks so much, Socks, for helping make it a reality!
