Wow! The pose, the color, the perspective... I may not be a part of this kind of community, but I won't hesitate in admitting how beautiful some of the art can be. This lady is majestic, and the dress is particularly nice.
This artwork in particular gives similar vibes to when I used to play World of Warcraft. One of the playable races are called Worgen, who are essentially werewolves, but nowhere near as pretty as this girl. A particular character of mine was a female Worgen mage named Artica, and I made a point of having her always wear blue because she used frost magic. Her fur was also the closest to white that the game would allow, so this reminds me of her very much. ^^

Ah, I was wondering why this character looked familiar, then I saw your user name. Used to read the webcomic back in the day. Still, regadless of that, you did good work here. A nice shift in perspective to give her an overpowering aura, good use of lightning to make it look like she's got a shining crown, and of course, the glowing eyes are always a nice touch, along with the subtle shine around her.
