She is the one named Lulamoon!In her not-so-secret guise as The Great and Powerful Trixie, Equestria's greatest magician (or so she says), Lulamoon will defeat even the mighty Ursa Major, and always save the day! Featuring her idiot sidekick Sailor Twilight, the mysterious Tuxedo Rose, and the sweet-and-sour Sailor Cadance!

Bought this at the Pony Fair in Orlando, FL. I LOVE sailor moon and I will for sure have it specially framed with a matting and put sailor moon and MLP stickers on the matting.
