Description
His recovery period short, Ender joined Prince Poseidon at the royal palace where the two discussed present and future plans while they enjoyed a peaceful sunset. Ender recalled the times his mother spoke of Poseidon and his family. Abbey was fond of them. Ender always wanted to visit. The prince's reaction to the news seemed one of sadness despite his smile. Poseidon spoke of Abbey quite fondly and frequently. Ender suspected the relationship between Poseidon and his mother was more than friendship. There was admiration and longing in Poseidon's voice.Related content

This is just amazing as far as the colours and story and the composition not to mention the amount of work that must have gone in. It's so magical. It's all the great qualities of a scene from Spielberg/Lucas and a serenity that reminds me of HHDL with a student. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, it's basically the Medina set (not the Medina city generator), Saba'a Alkair, Powerage's Epic Place, and Ken Gilliland's Hanging Gardens of Nimrud ( over at Hivewire). The plants/natural areas are all part of Peanterra's various products, Andrey Pestryakov's sets and Martin J Frost's various plant collections. As far as setting up, I basically 'stair-stepped' part of the buildings since 'my' Atlantis is a mountainous island chain. I wanted a look similar to images of Santorini over in Greece but with a flare of fantasy.

Awe, so thankful for those words of encouragement and praise, Juliana. I'll admit this is probably my fave as well, though for me it's hard to pick one as an absolute fave. This almost was trashed yesterday as I started to work on it in Photoshop, but glad it all worked out. I think it really captures the look of 'my' Atlantis which I have been wanting to work on for so long. I have never worked on landscape shots as far as I can recall, and hesitated on increasing the depth of field to blur out the background but I think it would have diminished the "grandeur" of the scene. And I love how dominant and regal Prince Poseidon looks. I think he has a very commanding presence.
