I actually intended to do a full color pic of this design, but y'know I'm glad I went and did a pencil drawing of it to get the design I want planned out (I rarely do this for some reason and just wing it with most of my projects).Anyway this is a design for my own Power Suit Upgrade, I have no idea what to call this suit yet, something like "Omni Suit" or something. Anyway, I actually have this idea for a fan story where Samus is trapped on a prison colony and somehow this top secret ultimate weapon has managed to get dropped into the center of the colony just there for the taking. Thing is, it's only usable with Chozo technology which as you might imagine leads to all the fiends within the prison colony going after Samus and her Power Suit.
I mostly used references of Orbital Frames from the Zone of the Enders games to get the visual style and detailing. What do ya' think?
And hey look, :ultimatetransfan: went and colored it [link] . As a matter of fact this is part of the reason have my deviations are usually line art, curoiusity, I'm curious to see what other (much better) colorists would do with it in turns of coloring^-^.

Yo Bro. This is some BEAUTIFUL work. The design is really really cool. I'm designing a game right now, and I was wondering if it was OK to use a few things on the suit as inspiration for designs for one of my characters? I'm a relatively new dev though so I'm totally broke, but I would totally mention your name in the credits. In particular I love the leg, shoulders, and core design. I'd like to mix them with some other ideas. But yeah man, either way beautiful work, I really can't say that enough

I would love to play through a Metroid game in this. It's a great design, so detailed that it looks like a legit game concept. Nice.

That should be called the Conversion Suit. It should be able to absorb energy and redirect it into the arm cannon.

I like "Demi-suit", sort of like Demi-god.
Anyway, as far as design goes, I can actually see this happening in a future canon Metroid game.

the Suit I can see... weaponry well I can link you guys to a list of SEVERAL different upgrades that could be added on to with newer ideas... this suit I can see happening in a future Metroid game... *If nintendo actually cared about mixing things up a bit... but from what people have stated if they pull another Other M out of their... then Metroid is dead... to me Other M was ok... not the best not the worst (I have seen worse games)*... anywasy Tyrranux me and some friends are trying to see who can make the best colored version of your drawing... but we know that it will not rival the HD colored version of it that was done by that one guy...
