I've been to Sheffield Park a couple of times. Me and a friend like the steam trains. We rode the Bluebell line from Alresford to Alton and back, earlier this year.

Falmouth Station, Cornwall, 1959. Always a few of these parked by the big goods shed and some spare trailers too. Nice portrait here.

Nothing left of it now except one platform and all the rest built on but you might be able to find some old photographs.

I remember on of these visiting the family house in the early 1960's to collect a trunk full of clothes and sheets to take to the train to deliver somewhere we would visit a week later for a short holiday by the sea - it was our annual "treat" - to get away from the dirty noisy city and swim in the sea... And a week after we returned the trunk would be delivered back with plenty of washing for my mother to do...
