The unique thing in this photo is by far the pose, not the photo - which would have been really OUTSTANDING if the photographer had had the same skills in photographing as you have in modelling..
I find the photo itself is without contrast, there are no highlights and itΒ΄s not very sharp..I would have liked it better if there would have been more focus and you and some blurred zones in the photo.
However - great pose!

Just ran across your thoughts on your ribs in your dA Journal --- no, I don't have links, but I think you'll find that pro-ana sites publish shots of women who --- unlike you --- *are* suffering, and their ribs are used as an example of their pathology.
I think this pose is stunning and I love the tension in your legs and especially your fingers -- any moment it looks like lightning bolts will issue from them to shoot up and vapourize whatever it is that's coming down onto you to invade your kingdom.
