Backstory:
After being dead many years keeping the body intact by a forbidden magic that protected the body of this living being, he got rescued by a Scientist who worked at the police station of that year, after completely rebuilding his body and spending many years researching and refining the best defense machine against danger, the Scientist got killed by some terrorist and destroyed everything inside the lab including "Death" but once again he manage to survive and started to get called by a voice inside of his head that turned on his machinery on his body and order him to follow the rules and orders that will keep him alive forever. Being corrupted by this voice he promise to himself that he will destroy all the living of this planet, that the only danger was the ones who lived on it and destroyed the planet. . . all the mankind and superior kind of life (mobians for example) and to do so he was ordered to revive "M.O.T.H.E.R" an ancient Goddess who was sealed years in the past before she manage to kill everything on earth, sleeping on the deep of the planet. the only way to awake her is by offering her the souls of the living, Death was told to be sent to the past where her powers were way stronger so it could be easier for her to revive and cast that deadly spell to annihilate everything on earth
