Flash. Allowing Romeo to enter a dimensional void at will that instantaneously transports/teleports him where he wants to be, though only at short ranges at the moment, but can go at a rapid-pace in battle, making him a VERY difficult target.
Though does unlock new techniques and stuff through training alongside Ruby. :3

Hi question, what how do you feel about Rwby volume 4 timeskip to six months?

UltraMarkIV In reply to bninja1994 [2016-07-03 21:08:27 +0000 UTC]
I believe it's both too long for how things are after Vol. 3 and utterly pointless. Timeskip is a tool for anime storytelling that isn't just to skip time, but also affect the characters. However, the timeskip isn't going to affect anyone other than Weiss being stuck with her father, which could've still done in a smaller time frame than six months. To me, this just another shallow move done by RT to check something off their "Anime Check List."

This is RT we're talking about. Them thinking deep enough to actually give a crap about RWBY is like asking Light Yagami (Death Note) to not be an asshole.

Same, I have this feeling that things will get worse in RWBY in how it was made and done. Like, Jaune getting more spot light bad.

If jaune FUCKING ark become so kinda overpowering bullshit character in this volume, while his dating ruby it will basically proof the fact jaune is a self-insert gary sue of Miles Luna and nobody can't defend that. If something like that happens I'm done.
P.S going back to the topic of OC semblance my character Zeven semblance is called beasthood.

What about Qrow, lie ren, ironwood, Mercury, and Ozpin their pretty alright so far and hell to be honest with you I'm still like Adam.
Beasthood is interesting semblance it has three stages
First stage: he can manifest ghost like wolves that can fight along side with him they have many uses in combat and recon but he can only make seven of them.
Second stage: he can take the seven wolves and combine them into werewolf like creature that appears behind him this creature can fight along side with him similar how this guy does it m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR87Gaum…
And as for the final stage he can only during a full moon I'll just you guess what he can during that time.

Lie Ren's a cardboard cut out of a character that hardly shows any characterization. While I could see him being the Shikamaru Nara of RWBY, so far he isn't as fun or as interesting. While Ironwood's a self righteous ass, that does make him interesting as he did believe he was helping…only to flop horribly and cause a big political thing without even realizing it. Ozpin and Qrow are great, though Qrow was still an ass to Pyrrha for no reason…also, I'm pretty sure Ozpin was transferring aura to Amber and not Pyrrha as she was waking up while Pyrrha was screaming in agony. As for Mercury…it's sad when the most interesting make character in RWBY's age group is the antagonist.
Sounds a lot like Coyote Starrk's (Bleach) ability. Though I'm quite iffy on the whole him turning into a werewolf as well since that's already been done a lot in RWBY fics and hasn't really worked out. ":T

Yeah you and I can both agree mercury black is the most interesting character in Rwby and in the hands of a "good writer" he could bring in some interesting moral and immoral idea to the show but seeing how this is rooster teeth we're talking about I see them killing him off in a bullshit way just to please the yang fanboys who hate his character, yup pretty sad I'm taking a quote from mercury here but the red trailer for Rwby was complete "failure advertisement"!
As for Zeven semblance yeah I kinda drew some inspiration from Coyote Starrk as for his final stage he doesn't transform into werewolf as you think it's more like he transform into a huge wolf-like creature that can create blue fire but this form very dangerous for Zeven to used this of his semblance has some weakness to it.

Hmm technically not werewolf he just looks a normal wolf that's on fire and huge besically, this part of his semblance give him has most hate nickname the hellhound the reason why he hates this nickname so much because it's similar to his mother nickname she was called the lightning hound.
P.S his semblance is hereditary it's a similar ideas but different variation for different family members.

As in having a crap ton of side characters? They should've went a route like Tokyo Ghoul: focusing on a handful of main characters and their development instead of trying to give every character a spotlight. It's fine that they wanted to have all those side characters, but they should've realized all those manga/anime only gave those characters screen time when it mattered to the story.

Yeah pretty much as ruby rose character itself well she's not my favorite character but she a alright main protagonist she pretty standard in my opinion I know a lot of my female friends who I intend the show to find her character very annoying sometimes which I personally don't but I can understand why you see the biggest disappointment about ruby rose for me personally is how miss leading the first red trailer when I first saw it I love the dark atmosphere and music seeing this little girl with a cross on her hip wearing a red hood wielding a badass scythe weapon slaying these werewolf like creature in the most brutal way possible. I'm serious dude go back and watch it and see how violent and graphic the red trailer was I was so excited to what's this series is going to be about, what's its theme what kinda message it wants to send to the people who are watching it, who is the main character is she some kinda holy young warrior who hunt and kills vampire and werewolf by the way this is way back when I was watching "hellsing ultimate", that's why I was coming up with these crazy idea for the show at the time.

Yea, it’s similar to how people don’t like Naruto or Monkey D. Luffy. While they yell a lot, Ruby’s complaining can be a little annoying, though I think that’s a good thing since it makes Ruby more human/realistic and reaches the audiences since we would find that person complaints kind of annoying.
Actually, the Red Trailer is more misleading about the tone of the show then Ruby herself. Looking at it, Ruby still has that innocent look of her’s and confidence in her abilities that is carried on into the show. However, that dark atmosphere/tone that’s surrounded around Ruby in the trailer is the real misrepresentation as we’re given nothing close to dark until Vol. 3, which is then placed horribly since the show already established it’s light hearted by serious tone.

Yeah because don't think outside of the box in writing her character also another thing Rwby needs to work on is world building because the world of remnants is pretty interesting I wish they focus on developing it.
P.S. speaking of the big three what do you think of the ending of bleach?

UltraMarkIV In reply to bninja1994 [2016-09-05 23:34:16 +0000 UTC]
What do you mean by "writing outside the box" when it comes to Ruby. Honestly, they could've kept that dark tone while keeping Ruby's character the way it and have still progress through the Hero's Journey that fits her character perfectly. And yea, what RT should've done is pull a Psycho-Pass and do world building by showing off the world while also building characters through their interactions with each other as they explain the elements of the world RWBY is in naturally. Basically showing while telling.
While I do notice there are elements that keep the ending of Bleach from being completely solid, such has what had happening to Urahara and crew after fighting Askin Nakk Le Vaar, I do believe it was good. We got to see the reason behind Yhwach's action, a hint in how time has affected Aizen, and got to see where the main cast characters are in life. While I do wish there was more, I'm grateful at what Kubo could do since Shouen magazine editors had interfered with his work and put dents into it, making the relationship between them difficult and eventually leading to Bleach's shortened run. Basically what happened with the author of Yu Yu Hakusho. Overall, I'm happy at what Kubo could do, but still am curious at what his ideas for Bleach were, such as what he wanted to do with Aizen since he wanted to do more with the character. But there's one thing that's the most important…*Pops a bottle of champagne.* IchigoxOrihime for the win! XD
Also, I didn't know you're an artist! :3

Dude really, "pardon my France" but, the whole thing was FUCKING rushed seriously it left us more questions than answers who became new soul what was with his arms you know the two living talking arms what was up them and also the first Quincy invasion back when the soul society was first being built happen there I wanted to see that battle one more thing some many bankai we didn't get to see hell we didn't get to see what ichigo new bankai could do everything was rushed and unanswered as for IchigoxOrihime well I'm of a Ichiruki fan myself but I knew from the beginning they were not going to be together so I'm not mad but several friends they are a different story all together.
P.S. and yes I'm a artist but I don't do commission or request sorry😌

And again, it was the best Kubo could since Shounen Jump refused to give him more chapters to dive in and give more details, not to mention his relationship with their editors was shitty since they had different ideas on how Bleach was going. Hell, he even says he had a lot more ideas and wanted to explore Aizen’s character even more. So while there’s those issues you’re pointing out, I’m going to accept the ending since it’s the best Kubo could do when he got all sorts of restrictions on him.
Actually, the arms were explained, but rather vaguely. Apparently those were the arms of the Soul King which were sentient, while Yhwach had somehow taken his father's left arm and used it as one of his Royal Guard members (never explained in detail), Captain Ukitake was given the right arm through a religious ceremony by his parents to obtain the arm since it’s power would allow him to keep living despite his great illness.
There wasn’t an invasion by the Quincy’s back then, it was just Yhwach at the time with the original Gotei 13 kicking his ass back under the presumption that he would stay down. The only conflict with the Quincy’s back then was when the Shinigami told them they couldn’t fight/kill Hollows, their refusal, and the Shinigami having to kill them to preserve the order of life and death. Which all of that would’be been fun to explore, but would take too long with how much restriction Shounen Jump had placed on Kubo as he wrote Bleach.
Now the Bankais…yea,we didn't get to see them. That sucked. Though I’m more surprised we didn’t get to see Ichigo’s. But I wasn’t really a fan of the Bankai sword’s design and lack of coat. Heck, I’m even working on my idea of what I think his true Tensa Zangetsu should’ve been and thinking of having a commission done on the design. Wanna see what I have so far? :3
Actually, I was all for IchigoxRukia at the start of Bleach, but overtime, I saw the two of them as more like comrades/best friends than lovers. Plus I loved how sweet Orihime is and her emotional trouble…and that fuckin’ backstory, especially how much worse her parents are in the manga.
Wasn’t gonna ask. Though I gotta say, you’re really good with what you got so far. :3

Ok ok your right it's not kubo all fault but man out of the big original three bleach was my favorite honestly the only one I kept reading the manga. I hate the fact that shounen jump is treating bleach like a redhead stepchild of anime/manga I mean yeah bleach lost its popularity on time I understand though a business standing point why they rushed Kubo but still bleach has a lot of loyal fans who wanted a good ending to it but your right Kubo did his best and at least we get to see Urahara bankai "Guanyin Biraki Beihime Atarame" which in my opinion is the most unique and beautiful of all bankai.
P.S. do you watching a YouTube manga reviewer by the name of Tekking101?

UltraMarkIV In reply to bninja1994 [2016-09-06 15:16:55 +0000 UTC]
Actually, what I find bizarre is how Bleach lost it's popularity…before it jumped back up! As you know, one of the purposes of anime is to show off the source material in animated form to get people to buy the manga. Though with the anime ending, fans weren't aware that Bleach was still going and assumed things ended at the Fullbring Arc. And from what I hear, during the middle of The Thousand Year Blood War Arc, fans literally went "Oh, shit! It's still goin'!" and sales for Shounen Jump issues that featured Bleach…well, jumped! But by then, things were set in stone for Bleach to have a rushed story near the ending because of that gap in popularity and the poor relationship between Kubo and Shounen Jump.
When I saw Urahara's Bankai, I couldn't help but think if Kubo said "He's already a 'mad' scientist, let's go Frankenstein!" But yes, his Bankai was extremely unique. :3
No, I haven't. How's his content? :3
Also, could I get your opinion on my take of Ichigo's Bankai? Love to hear other's opinion on the design, especially when still editing. :3
