Three characters from DCH this time!

Vinnie Montes is a hometown hero in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Growing up in the slums, he learned the ways of capoeira for self-defense, but would eventually come to use those skills to protect others more helpless than himself. This led to a respectable bounty-hunting career, and an invitation to the Isle of Warriors Tournament. He's just, empathic, and generous, eager to meet new people but always ready to get a good read on them. As expected, his capoeira skills include dance-like movements with kicks and flips. Being a bounty hunter, he also comes armed with bolas and net balls.

GC Police Automaton LH262, "Lockheed", is one of the prototypes made to enforce the law in locations like Grind City. Chief Glenn Macmillan uses Lockheed to combat the many criminals...and "undesirable individuals". Primary functions are to subdue criminals, assist law enforcement officers, and uphold the laws, though these directives can be subject to change. His "skates" allow him to move around quickly (up to 150 mph) and magnetically cling to certain surfaces. Its ocular lenses have various types of vision (infrared, UV, night, scan, etc.) and camera functions. Its fists can launch out on cables and are strong enough to punch through stone. Other gear in his arms include a plasma cannon, a rocket launcher, and a flamethrower.

Umntlrsa...it's one of many beings that lurk within the darkest corners of the universe. Getting such a creature involved with another world can only lead to doom and destruction - unintentional for some, but for ones like Umntlrsa...definitely out of malice. If somebody, like Dexter Anderson of Valirtome University, made a connection with Umntlrsa, it would only be a matter of time before it crosses over into Earth - and when it does, mayhem is sure to follow. Teleportation, mental control/influence, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, telepathy, light that can burn through steel, shadowy pools that cause rapid rot...inexplicable, but certainly dangerous.
