Friend, all I can suggest is that you put your heart into it. Maybe try for styles that would dig out emotion, or express it. In my works, I try to set many different moods, according to either how I feel at the moment, or how I want the person seeing this to feel. Don't get me wrong, I'm no professional nor am I trying to insult your works, It's harder to put a specific mood in mind when you feel inspired to draw/paint. So, you have my props. Sorry if I sounded rude, or anything, I hope it helps.

Wasn't sure what kind of artworks you did, because i wasn't quite able to check out your profile aha.
Had a chance earlier, you maybe best fit for sticking with the drawing that you did. I would encourage doing more of the like, for example I started out pen drawing for landscapes, and such. It helps if it's not like just a screenshot you know? It helps to prove you've worked on it. you can bug me if there's anything else, but I'd like to see more drawings specifically from you.!
one last tip, music helps a lot, if your trying to set something specific in mood. my drawings of dragons in my gallery were done when i listened to the skyrim soundtrack, no lie x3

i always have music (addicted to heavy metal), i just take a screen shot of the things i draw and crop out the excess area
i have an idea for something to draw, its kind of like pinky from doom, but you'll just have to wait
