Honestly, he's full of BS most of the time, but that's exactly it, he IS, but he isn't. With the snap of his fingers, he can have your entire house robbed, or even your family murdered, if you really piss him off. He's pure evil, ever since his birth.
Other: Sec isn't afraid to kill, most people he considers trash anyway, including his twin (but his twin is necessary trash). The Gang, though, isn't about killing. There are only a few that will actually kill, which includes Seb himself, Conrad--his twin--and Upo, Seb's top agent.
