A female foot ninja who underwent a process of mutation to combat the Ninja Turtle using a different tactic. Her and two other ninjas were told that the process was reversible but they were lied to, now she is trapped as a mutant, and she hates Shredder for what he did to her.

I used a piece of scarf that haydnc95 did a while ago, recolored it and adjusted the size slightly but everything else is his work on the scarf.
