My new implants are saline, but the ones in this photo is silicone, which is why I considered them plastic.
A lot of implants are behind the muscle, generally referred to as "unders." My implants are far too large to fit there though, they would ruin my chest wall if I did that, so they are overs. Though they are under the mammary glands, as 100% of implants are.
