Yes it is but if they see you with a tripod they want you to pay a bunch of money for a permit. I had to sneak my shots and at the end they caught me.

Thanks...I do feel very lucky to photograph Yael. She looks beautiful even without no make-up at all and thats rare. I also love working with Devon and April. All of them make my job a pleasure. Thanks for the comment.
